The aeronautical information is provided in the form of the Integrated Aeronautical Information Package which includes: o Aeronautical Information Publications (AIP). Permanent or long-term information on facilities and services. o AIP Amendments. Permanent changes or additions to the AIP. o AIP Supplements. Temporary changes to the AIP of long duration. o Aeronautical Information Circulars (AIC). Long-term forecast, administrative and explanatory information. o Notices to Airmen (NOTAM). Information of a temporary nature and of short duration. o Checklists and Lists of valid NOTAM. o Pre-flight Information Bulletins (PIB). Up-to-date information on facilities and services. It is the responsibility of aircraft operators or their representatives to obtain relevant pre-flight information from the AIS and to provide that unit with appropriate flight information prior to each flight. The AIS operates on a 24 hour basis and- is located in the Air Traffic Services Building at the Grantley Adams International Airport, Christ Church, Barbados.
