Who can register an aircraft in Barbados?

5. of the Civil Aviation (Air Navigation) Regulations 1984, states that
an application for the grant of registration of an aircraft may be approved
if: (a) the aircraft is owned by |

| (i)
the Government, |
| (ii)
a citizen of Barbados, or |
| (iii)
a body incorporated under the Companies Act or in a Commonwealth country
or a Contracting State and having its principal place of business in Barbados
or in another Commonwealth country or Contracting State. |
