1. How can I register an aircraft in Barbados?
 
Aircraft may be registered in Barbados by the applicant submitting a completed Form DCA ADM-004 Application for Registration of Aircraft, providing proof of ownership and paying the applicable fee as laid out in the Schedule of Fees.
Applicants should consult the office of the Director of Civil Aviation for further advice prior to commencing the registration process.
2. Who can register an aircraft in Barbados?
 
Regulation 5. of the Civil Aviation (Air Navigation) Regulations 1984, states that an application for the grant of registration of an aircraft may be approved if: (a) the aircraft is owned by
 
(i) the Government,
(ii) a citizen of Barbados, or
(iii) a body incorporated under the Companies Act or in a Commonwealth country or a Contracting State and having its principal place of business in Barbados or in another Commonwealth country or Contracting State.
